The third incarnation of the global site project featured the debut of “prfm language,” a programming language built to generate Perfume video imagery. The unique system allowed users to program their own models to animate hand-drawn drawings with various patterns or freely adjust the scaling. Furthermore, these fan-submitted graphics were projected onto Perfume’s costumes during a performance at the 2013 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
